Mudanca de Cena (Changing the Scene) is a non-profit Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO) whose aim is to promote Human Rights, citizenship and socio-cultural role through artistic and educational activities.
Formed in 2001 by arts practitioners, psychologists, artists, actors, journalists and educators, Mudanca de Cena understands Culture and Art as citizens' rights and as doors for individual and social changes.
We perform services, projects and programs that employ artistic languages in order to create a fairer, worthier and more sustainable society for all.
